Production & payment
100% advance payment confirms a video production project. A dedicated official WhatsApp group is used for communication, instructions, feedback and approvals. Confirm availability, scope, tax treatment and the final total with Blossom before payment.
Script & revisions
One script modification round is included. Production begins after final script and presenter confirmation. Each project includes one initial edit and up to two re-edit rounds. Additional individual edits are ₹199 per edit.
Client-requested post-approval alterations, including additional headings, script modifications, approved-concept changes or re-shoot requests, attract an additional ₹999. A client-requested skit re-shoot after the original shoot is ₹1,999 per shoot. Errors attributable to Blossom will be corrected and, where necessary, re-shot without additional charges.
Timing
The first edited demo is normally shared within 3–4 working days after the shoot, subject to content, approvals and production requirements. Delays in client information, materials, access or approvals may affect delivery. Urgent same-day production and delivery is ₹999 extra, subject to confirmed availability.
Additional charges
Additional video duration is ₹499 per 30 seconds beyond the duration included in your chosen package. Saree costume: ₹499 per requirement. Changing a confirmed presenter incurs the applicable presenter fee. On-location filming requires prior project mapping, feasibility and site approvals. Travel and logistics are additional, based on distance, time, location and equipment.
Client responsibilities
Provide accurate business details, offers, prices, contact information and promotional claims. Supply materials you are authorised to use. Review the proposed script and demo carefully and submit consolidated feedback through the official WhatsApp group.
Studio rental
Advance booking is required. All in-house equipment and movable props must be handled with care. Confirm specific equipment, operators and crew requirements in advance. Clients are responsible for the safety and condition of external equipment; management is not liable for loss or damage to externally sourced items.
Minimum cleaning charge: ₹299 per booking, or ₹699 for a crew of more than 10. Use acrylic sheets with paper backdrops. If unprotected backdrop use requires trimming, ₹499 per running foot of paper cut applies. Night sessions between 9:00 PM and 6:00 AM cost ₹999/hour; in-house crew charges may apply. Monthly and annual arrangements are quoted individually.
Cancellations, rescheduling & refunds
